Training Sessions

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

  • 5:30 AM – 6:20 AM
  • 12:30 PM – 1:20 PM
  • 7:00 PM – 7:50 PM

Tuesday & Thursday

  • 5:30 AM – 6:20 AM
  • 7:00 PM – 7:50 PM

Saturday

  • 9:00 AM – 9:50 AM

How Progress Is Tracked

In-Person Participants

In-person participants will complete an initial and final InBody scan to track body composition progress. Scheduling details will be provided after registration.

Online Participants

Online participants will submit before and after photos through the online training portal.

All photo submissions and personal information are confidential and will only be accessed by the assigned trainer for coaching and progress tracking purposes.

There will be 4 winners across in-house and online challenge categories.
