At Dilligence Training, our HYROX programming is built to meet you where you are while preparing you for race day with confidence. Our training blends structure, flexibility, and community support to simulate real HYROX demands without being intimidating or overwhelming.
Structured Programming
Our group training classes are designed to simulate HYROX style transitions. Members can choose cardio options that match their fitness level while still training the same movement patterns seen in HYROX. Each class is circuit based and can be completed individually or with a partner, allowing for both personal focus and shared accountability.
Progressive Training
Each training day throughout the week emphasizes a different muscle group while maintaining movements relevant to HYROX. Programming progresses intentionally over time so members build strength, endurance, and confidence week by week, without rushing the process.
Supportive Community
Train alongside community members at all levels. Our environment is structured yet welcoming. Whether you are new to fitness or preparing for your first race, you are supported by coaches and peers who value consistency, encouragement, and growth.
Race Day Confidence and Recovery
Every class includes dedicated core work and injury prevention or recovery focused movements. Sessions finish with a short mindfulness component to reinforce mental strength, breathing, and focus—key elements for both training longevity and race day success.
Personal Training for HYROX
Our personal training programs are fully tailored to each member's needs and goals. Programming is progressively adjusted to meet the demands of a full HYROX race. Members maintain open communication with their coach and can request adjustments as training evolves, ensuring a personalized and sustainable path to performance.

HYROX Group Training
Train with up to 20 athletes in high-energy group classes. Expert coaching, structured programming, and race simulation workouts designed to build endurance, strength, and mental toughness.
