Dilligence Training is a family based fitness program. Dilligence training offers personal training and group training services, our signature style HIIT/Strength training workout tailors to all fitness levels. Our trainers deliver an experience that challenges all clients to push past their comfort zone. Each group class has a different style to keep the program innovative and unpredictable! Personal Training sessions are tailored towards your goals and designed to propel you to new levels!

First timers 


We recommend all new clients to arrive 15 minutes before the session that way this allows time to check in and take a look around the gym!



Trying a new workout of any kind can be very intimidating, but from the moment you walk into our program you’ll feel at ease. 


Our workouts are designed for all levels. You control the intensity of your hour! Whether you want to walk, jog, or run this is your hour! Our trainers would love to answer any questions or concerns you may have prior, during or after sessions! 



Dilligence Gym Rules 

•No soliciting in or around the facility 

•No unwanted touching of any kind 

•No pictures or video recording of other members without their consent 

•Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment  to a staff member 

•Return all weights and equipment to their proper location after use 

•Wipe down all used equipment/mats after use

•No cursing or foul language
